New Stuff to do!

No Brand Con is just two days away! We thought we should highlight a few of the new things we’ve put together for you guys.

The first new thing is our Portable Gaming area, in a much better location (right across from the Videogame Room), with various meetups for a handful of local multiplayer titles (and Streetpass meetups for 3DS owners). There will also be a Luigi’s Mansion ScareScraper event midnight on Friday in which you won’t even need a copy of the game! Bring your 3DS!

We’ve got a space for people who just want to chill and draw. On the balcony above the pool, we’ve got an art lounge already stocked with all the supplies you need to make a doodle or a masterpiece.

We’ve also got a very well equipped LAN room (located in suite 159, down the portable gaming area hallway and just keep going). There will be a FREE League of Legends tournament on Saturday at 1PM, while we are armed with enough PCs that you don’t need to bring your own, you may.

Now Accepting Credit Cards!

No Brand Con is now able to take credit card payments at our registration table and our merchandise booth! Save yourself those trips to the ATM with those arm & leg surcharge fees!

Speaking of our merch booth, we’ve got some awesome new stuff this year! Rubber wrist bands, magnets, keychains and aluminum water bottles, all “branded” with the No Brand name!

Gaming Generations at No Brand Con

Just FIVE days until No Brand Con! We thought you guys should know, local videogame store Gaming Generations will helping out in the Videogame Room! In addition to sponsoring our Halo 4 tournament, we’ll be having a charity drive to collect all the stars in Super Mario Galaxy 2! For every star you guys get, Gaming Generations will donate $1 to Child’s Play! Collect them all (including that fiendish last one), and they’ll make it a flat $250!
