We’re here to bring you our guest DJs for No Brand Con 2013! DJ Jinrei is back for his second year! For those who have forgotten, Jinrei has performed numerous conventions throughout the country, such as AXDance and Anime Vegas, and also runs his own night club in California.
This year, DJ Amaya is also coming to perform! He’s been producing and remixing since 2003, giving us amazing JPop remixes worth dancing to. He’s performed at conventions throughout the states, such as Anime Central and Anime Expo, as well as in Japan!
Together, along with resident DJ, DJ Fermi, they will be bringing down the house for our best No Brand Con dance yet! You can catch more info on Amaya and Jinrei on our Guest Page.

We have a slick new online registration form, and we’ve updated our policy to make it easier for artists to apply.
Artist Alley registration will be open until December 31st, and the Vendor Room will also remain open until December 31st.
Are you a vendor looking to sell stuff at No Brand Con? Well, our Vendor Registration is now open to applicants! Unlike past years, it’s open to both old vendors and new vendors alike! It’s only open until December 1st, so hop to it!
If you’re an artist, Artist Alley will be opening up to applicants soon.
Do you like drawing, writing, or making comics? Do you love No Brand Con? Well, have we got a deal for you! No Brand Con is looking for entries for this year’s No Brand Comic! If you are interested in getting your original comics, No Brand fanart, or (heaven forbid) No Brand fanfiction out there to be seen by hundreds of con-goers, free of charge, submit your work to art@nobrandcon.org! However, we have a few rules:
1. Please avoid copyrighted material. Stick to your own characters, or if you want, the No Brand Con mascots. We love fanart almost as much as we love cheesecake.
2. Black-and-white, 5.5″ x 8.5″ pages only. That’s the way they’ll be printed.
3. Length can vary, but please, don’t make it a novel. The upper limit is eight pages for comics, 400 words for prose.
4. As we are a family friendly convention, we ask that you also make your comics family friendly.
The deadline is March 31, 2013, let’s get moving!

After a crazy Geek.Kon tailspin, we’re back with our first wave of announcements. If you haven’t already followed us on facebook, be sure to soon, after all, friendship is magic.
First thing’s first! Registration, right now, is only $25 for the entire weekend! At a discount of $10, I’d say this is the best time if you want to save a few bucks for the vendor room! And don’t forget! If you see us at another convention in the Ambassador Alley, not only will you get a discount, you might get a hug. Aw.
